Instructions

- Allow the brownies to cool completely.
- Place the chocolate chips in a bowl. Heat the heavy cream in a small saucepan until it just begins to simmer. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
- Spread the ganache over the cooled brownies. Top with sprinkles if desired and allow the ganache to set before slicing.
