With roots at Hocking College and time spent writing for Mashed.com, I’ve mixed up more than a few tasty creations (and kitchen fails… but we don’t talk about those). Like Thomas Keller once said, “A recipe has no soul. You, as the cook, must bring soul to the recipe”. And if soul means eyeballing measurements, burning my tongue on the first bite, and pretending it was supposed to look rustic—then mission accomplished.
